The Experience
This exclusive and immersive experience includes the tasting and blending of two cask strength bourbons; a high-rye bourbon and a high-wheat bourbon. In this class, you will dive into the varying flavor profiles of the different mash bills as we contemplate each barrel individually.
After we decipher what notes and flavors you’re privy to, we’ll begin blending the two bourbons together as we work toward the perfect blend for you!
